Michelin 3 stars 12 years in a row! It's pricey but you don't get to try a 3-star Chinese restaurant that often :)

Lung King Heen is located on the 4th floor of the hotel, with a magnificent view of the Kowloon Peninsula. The restaurant’s chefs are creative and outstanding, offering new-style high-end Cantonese cuisine, and use fresh local high-end ingredients for the cuisine. The restaurant is uniquely decorated, with glass screens and chic silver foil ceilings, setting off the dazzling view of Victoria Harbour.

💸 <— my feelings when HK is filled with Dim Sum places that hit the spot. It’s on my bucket list though, because I want to know what the fuss is about. According to @elzouille it’s been full for 7 years straight, and yes it’s true too that I have pretty much never been able to book it.

It’s the only restaurant that, in 9 years, is full every day for lunch and dinner. It’s not because they’re 3 Stars, but it’s very traditional, everything’s refined. Everything is presented well.

Visit Lung King Heen for their Dim Sum, world-class roasted meat, seafood dishes, and other Cantonese fare. As the first ever Chinese restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars, the restaurant’s stunning harbour view adds to the refined setting of the open dining area—a fitting sight, given that Lung King Heen translates to “View of the Dragon” in English!

The first time I did my Binondo Chinatown food crawl around 10 years ago, I've always thought that fried chicken was a very weird concept in the Chinese cuisine (yes, yes I was, and probably still am, a bit undereducated about these things). But when I tasted Sincerity Cafe and Restaurant's Fried Chicken, I was at a lost for word. I mean, okay, I'll be honest. Jollibee is my top 1 but this is within the top 5 of fried chicken tiers. They have the classic fried chicken, honey, and curry flavored ones. I recommend this if you're area. If not, they are in Foodpanda! No excuses now, huh?

One of the best places in Binondo to dine with your families. Their fried chicken is also a must-try! ❤️ Just like any restaurant in the area, there's a swamp of people during lunch time but no need to worry! They have 2 branches just around Binondo - one in Yuchengco and another in Lucky Chinatown Mall. You can thank me later! 😉
