Standard Coupon Terms

The below terms and conditions govern Your access to and use of our Platforms for retrieving Coupons and/or purchasing Prepaid Coupons ("Standard Coupon Terms"). By accessing or using the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon services ("Coupon Services"), You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the Standard Coupon Terms, the Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Business Services, Privacy Policy and have agreed to be bound by them.

With retrieving Coupons and/or the purchase of Prepaid Coupons, You agree and acknowledge that the retrieval of Coupons and/or purchase of any Prepaid Coupons made through the Platform is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, for any reason in any event, except as set out herein.

Every time You wish to use our Coupon Services, please check these Standard Coupon Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We reserve the right to make changes to these Standard Coupon Terms from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended Standard Coupon Terms are effective from the date they are published on our Platform. You are advised to visit our Platform periodically to review the latest, Standard Coupon Terms, Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Business Services, Privacy Policy and any other terms, conditions, policies made available by Lemi through the Platform. Your access to our Platform and Services will be terminated upon Your notice to us that any change is unacceptable; otherwise the continued use shall constitute acceptance of all changes and the said changes shall be binding upon You.

Retrieving Coupons and/or Purchasing Prepaid Coupons

Our Platform enables Business Users to offer Coupons and to offer and sell Prepaid Coupons to You, by accepting credit cards, debit cards and/or other payment methods ("Payment") via payment processing services operated by third-party vendor/service provider(s) ("Payment System Provider") made available on the Platform ("Purchase" or "Transaction"). A Coupon and/or a Prepaid Coupon entitles You to redeem services and/or products for use in the business location of the Business User ("Business Location") as designated by the Business User (being the Redemption Location(s) as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Business Services) and pursuant to the Standard Coupon Terms and the specific terms of the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon ("Conditions of the Coupon") as displayed on the Platform when a Coupon is retrieved or a Prepaid Coupon is purchased.

In order to retrieve Coupons, You must register as a Lemi Member and, subject to the Conditions of the Coupon, either produce a digital or printed copy of the Coupon to the respective Business User.

In order to purchase and/or redeem any Prepaid Coupons:

You must register as a Lemi Member; and
submit valid credit card, debit card account information and/or other information ("Card Information") as requested by the Lemi and/or the Payment System Provider via the Platform to process the Transaction.

By submitting the Card Information through the Platforms, You represent and warrant that:

You possess legal authority to agree to the Standard Coupon Terms;
You are legally authorized to provide the Card Information to purchase the Prepaid Coupon; and
You are legally authorized to perform the Payment which does not violate any applicable law or regulations.

By clicking the "Check out" button, You acknowledge that You have submitted an order to the Business User/Lemi to purchase the Prepaid Coupon and have accepted the Conditions of the Prepaid Coupon as displayed on the Platform when the Prepaid Coupon is purchased.

The Purchase is completed after the Prepaid Coupon has appeared on Your Account. Lemi will also notify you of the completion of purchase of the Prepaid Coupon by email, of which may be completed within a week after the Purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that:

risk of loss and title for the Prepaid Coupon will pass to You upon electronic transmission of the Prepaid Coupon to your Account;
the Purchase of any Prepaid Coupon made through the Platforms is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for any reason in any event, except if the Purchase cannot be completed, e.g. Business User cannot be contacted by Lemi.
The Purchase of Prepaid Coupons is for personal and non-commercial use only and resale of Prepaid Coupons is prohibited. However, You may purchase gift coupons and transfer them to a third party on a non-commercial basis.

Payment Processing

You acknowledge and agree that:-

Lemi engages a Payment System Provider to process payments, manage Card Information and prevent fraud in connection with the Purchase.
Your credit card, payment account or debit card information will be stored with the Payment System Provider and will not be made available to Lemi, the Business User or the Business Location.
the Payment is subject to processing by the Payment System Provider and Your paying bank. Lemi shall not be liable in any way if the Payment System Provider or the paying bank refuses to process or accept any Payment for any reason.
Lemi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability in the event of any unauthorized disclosure of any Card Information by the Payment System Provider or the paying bank.
Lemi reserves the right to reject processing any Purchase if the Payment System Provider or paying bank rejects or reverses Payment for a Purchase or at Lemi's sole discretion based on any other reason.

Redemption of the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon

You must access the Account with your mobile device and internet connection in order to redeem the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon through the Platforms and present at the designated Redemption Location, subject to the Conditions of the Coupon.

You acknowledge and agree that:

a Coupon and/or a Prepaid Coupon cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
the value of the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon must be redeemable in its entirety for a single use at the Business Location pursuant to the Conditions of the Coupon.
the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon can only be redeemed at the Redemption Location pursuant to the Standard Coupon Terms and the Conditions of the Coupon.
the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon must be redeemed within the period of validity stated on the Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon ("Validity Period") and You will not be entitled to any refund or credit from Lemi or the applicable Business User for unused Coupons and/or Prepaid Coupons which have expired.
Lemi is not responsible if any Coupon/Prepaid Coupon is lost, stolen, redeemed or used without Your permission.

If a Prepaid Coupon cannot be redeemed before the end of the Validity Period provided that You have not been in breach of any term of these Standard Coupon Terms and through no fault of Yours, you may be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of such Prepaid Coupon by providing Lemi with satisfactory evidence to justify the refund which may be made through such method as determined by Lemi. The decision to make a refund is at the Lemi's sole discretion, which shall be final and conclusive.

Lemi reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, void or re-issue any Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon and/or close any Account if Lemi suspects that a Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon is obtained, used, or applied to/by an Account fraudulently, dishonestly, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of the Standard Coupon Terms.

Limitation of the Coupon Services

Lemi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, modify, share, erase, delete or remove any materials posted on any Platform, for any reason, without giving any prior notice or reason to You. You acknowledge that Lemi shall not be liable to any party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Coupon Services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lemi does not have control over and does not guarantee the truth or accuracy of listings of any user content on the Platform or any content on Links accessed via the Platform. You acknowledge that all contents in relation to Coupons and Prepaid Coupons are not endorsed or recommended by Lemi. You understand that Lemi:

does not and cannot review the content made available in relation to the Coupons and/or Prepaid Coupons.
does not validate or guarantee any of the content made available on the Platform in relation to Coupons and/or Prepaid Coupons.
is not a party to any transaction between You and the Business User.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Lemi is not liable to You in relation to the use or redemption of any Coupons and or Prepaid Coupon and is not responsible for any act or omission of any Business User and the Business Location in connection with the sale, use or redemption of any Coupons and/or Prepaid Coupon, including, without limitation, any failure by any Business User and/or the Business Location to honor any Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon or the imposition of any terms and conditions on any Coupon and/or Prepaid Coupon including quality, safety, usability or any aspect of the products and/or services provided by the Business User or Business Location that violates any applicable laws or regulations. In any event, anything arising therefrom shall be matters entirely between You and the applicable Business User.
