The Metropolitan Museum, aims to expand the reach of local artists and to welcome all Filipinos to the art world. It recently launched the “Touch the Artist” program that makes art accessible to the visually impaired. The Met continues to pursue its thrust to make art truly for all. You may volunteer as a guide or contribute other skills to help further the cause. For more information, visit: metmuseum.ph

We went for Elmer Borlongan’s retrospective, “An Extraordinary Eye for the Ordinary”. They host an extensive permanent collection of Filipino contemporary art (taking photos not allowed).

For me, artworks are very relaxing to look at. I've been wanting to go Pinto Art Museum since I saw it online. I love the aesthetic aspect I see online and what more if I really go there. I am hoping to travel there soon.

Whenever you’re in Antipolo, dropping by Pinto Art Museum is a must. Known for housing a variety of artworks, it offers a feast for your eyes with its paintings to sculptures to installations. A friendly tip, an hour is definitely not enough to cover the entire museum and I suggest trying their in house cafe, Café Rizal. ☁️🎨
