The palace is mainly used for wedding ceremonies. The interior is in the style of Sicilian Baroque and the gardens are open to the public. A good place to relax and have coffee!

This was an actual set of the 1980 film Popeye, it became a tourist attraction since. You can find rides and museums. There are also shows that feature the famous Popeye and Olive.

It was modeled after the Pantheon in Rome and has the third largest unsupported dome in the world. During the Second World War, a bomb pierced the dome. Fortunately, it didn’t explode. Locals think of this an a miracle!
