Davao
My friends went to Roxas Night Market. They introduced to me the D101, a Durian variant from Malaysia. It was so delicious and highly addictive! We ate so many pieces, and I also had a chance to bring it to Manila. Don't forget to also purchase a few pieces of pomelo before you home.

My former team in Davao brought me to this simple canteen along the highway. They had so many food choices like local meat and seafood dishes in Davao. Of course, Durian was the highlight of that dinner. I only paid less than PHP 2,000.00 (approximately USD 40.00) for all the food and fruits we ate. I had to ask the staff to recompute it once again because I didn't believe that it was so affordable.

The local community of Hagimit FALSS Nature's Park collected PHP 20.00 from each of us. According to them, it was for the development and maintenance of this majestic place. After a few minutes of hiking, this untouched water falls will warmly welcome you with its appearance. Hagimit Falls is a series of small cascades and streams featuring natural swimming pools and rock formations. The area is hushed and secluded so you can get away from the bustling city life. This is one of my most recommended places in Davao that you shouldn't miss out. 💯
