Sonya’s Garden – Brgy. Buck Estate Sonya Garcia’s Garden is a tucked-away bed and breakfast a wellness spa, a country store, a panaderia, a cottage restaurant, and a well-kept secret garden. It’s for people who want comforting food surrounded by lush greenery. It’s not for people who want to dine with the view of Taal. Available for: Dine-in and take-out. They are open from 8 AM to 6 PM. located in Baranggay Buck Estate in Alfonso Cavite. The compound is rich with nature from trees, flowers, and herbs. They have different cottages that will fit small and big families. I also love their food that feels like home cooked meals and the ingredients are organic. This is recommended for those who want to live with nature and want to eat organic food.

Celebrated my 22nd birthday here! This was my go-to place for pastas even before the pandemic hit. I know that they’ve gained a lot more traction since malls have opened up, so it’s harder to get seats now. Best to phone ahead and reserve a table! My faves are the Gnocco Fritto con Salumi, Mozzarelline Fritte, Tagliatelle al Ragu, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, 4 Formaggi, Margherita con Bufala, Stracciatella, Pollo al Burro, and their Tiramisu! Whenever I want to feel like a kid again, I go to for the Iced Chocolate Milk, but they have amazing cocktails as well! My go-to’s ar the amaretto sour, negroni, and the aperol spritz! Most of their dishes were really handmade in-store (stays true to the name "A Mano" which means made by hand!) and this is being supervised almost daily by the owner, Amado Fores (you did an amazing job raising him Tita Margarita!!!).
