Went there last night after many years with two tech savvy friends, both have been Silicon Valley long time. Surprisingly good quality ingredients with good cooking skills. The crab was super and will try to replicate.

Since opening in 2009, this elegant seafood restaurant remains to be one of the most popular purveyors of Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong. The Chairman takes pride in using organic ingredients from local suppliers, offering fresh and flavorful dishes skillfully created by chef-restaurateur Danny Yip and his team. Indulge in the restaurant’s bestsellers: Steamed Fresh Flower Crab in Aged Shaoxing Wine and King Prawns cooked in Fish and Rice Broth.

My parents always mention this restaurant to me about it's popularity during 80's. They are still satisfied with the dishes especially the bbq chicken. The sauce is very rich and I like it now too! Also, we tried sisig and lumpia as well. The sisig catches my attention and it is the best sisig I've ever tasted! Very crunchy and tasty!
