CBTL has always been my go-to place when studying. I find it to be quieter than other coffee shops with a lot of chatter. Their food is also superb - with a larger and more reasonable quantity than their competitors. I especially like their pasta 🍝 Of course, their coffee flavors really perk me up and aren’t just full of sugar.

I am a fan of classic and historic things. The Den is a coffee shop that can be found at the First United Building in Escolta which is a place full of historical events. I have not tried their product but I look forward to have a cup once I visit Manila again. photo CTTO
