There’s no standard menu since the dishes depend on which products are available at the markets and from their suppliers. Choose from the splendid array of seafood displayed market-style and decide how you want to have it done. James and the staff are around to guide diners on the best way to have the dish prepared. The options could get overwhelming, in which case you can ask for an omakase, literally meaning “I will leave it to you”, and Chef Keiko will handle the rest!

I always thought this was the bar to the adjacent bowling alley, but it’s actually a nice little seafood spot. Not bad at all.
